Dear Linden Lab...Stop with the face lights!

Dear Linden Lab,

I GREATLY appreciate you putting my shop Savoir Faire Shapes in the destination guide, I truly do! So I don't want to come off as being an ungrateful twit when I say this. 

Having your new staff member wear one of my demos to retake a picture in my store to use in the Destination Guide when that staffer looks like they came out of SL circa 2006 does my shop a disservice and Second Life a disservice. You set forth a lot of requirements in submitting a location so the least you can do in return is make sure that your staff look presentable and up to date too. I was so excited to see my place added to the guide but then when I saw the picture I submitted wasn't used, well, I wasn't that excited anymore. Seriously, I mean no offence to the Linden who took the time to come and add my place but this look does my business no justice. If I were a customer I wouldn't come to my shop after seeing this picture as I often don't when the pictures or avatars look outdated.

Identical Twin Shapes @ Savoir Faire Shapes

Slap the MM board @ Siri~Us Skins and get one of their skins called Clara Sophisticate Pink. It's a nice skin cept for they fact they put a tramp stamp of their logo on the back, but if you aren't the type of avatar to bare the midrif, go slap it up.
Also, I'm wearing the new release from Clawtooth By Clawtooth called Pink Champagne. The fishnet is color changeable and Bubbles also sells alternative colors for the flower sold seperately.

I like them, except the bridge of the nose, it's far too wide looking, I had to find a shape with a really thin nose bridge to offset the shading. Anywho, have a look.

I love Tabata Jewell

I have a crush on Tabata Jewell of Vanity Hair. I'm so happy I found her store. I say found because I lost it. One day I was exploring and came across this store with wicked awesome hair, I tried on demos, drooled a bit and something happened. I can't remember what, but it involved cleaning out my inventory and deleting demos and landmarks.

Yesterday she sent out a notice about new wicked hair she released and still not realising it was the holy grail I accepted the landmark and went. To my surprise it was the long lost hair store!!!! It was grand and I tried on everything I think. I even shouted my love for her because I have no shame. Here's what I bought:

Fasion Police Not Needed For This Lime Crime!

I love it when I'm searching the grid for new cute stores and my adventure ends up being made of win. That's what I said, well no it was more like "SCORE!", when I found Lime Crime today. Sometimes I think we all get a little sceptical of stores that are lesser known. But, they are my favorite to blog. Hidden gems are the best and even the "big" guys started from somewhere. Anyways enough of that, this store is made of WIN! I love the textures, I love the cute t-shirts, I love the fatpack of lingerie I bought and I love the dress I got too. I didn't feel bad at all for splurging there and although the selection is small, I'm gonna bet that future designs are gonna be super badass as well. New skin line @ Zoza Skins

(Disclaimer: This post is photo heavy)

Zoza Paulino, a promising new skin maker of Zoza Skins, is no newcomer to SL. She is a fairly new skin maker in SL having only begun making skins in May of 2009. From her "older" skin lines to her newest skin line which she so awesomely passed over called Xhara, it's easy to see she is fast on her way to becoming a great skin designer in SL.

The new skin line Xhara (due out later today I believe) is a wonderful group of mostly hand-painted skins that have a nice natural look. The range of makeup changes consist mostly of different lip colors all the while still keeping the earth tone eye shadow. The eyebrows are a really nice feature on the skins too. They have a great shape and thickness to them and are realistic looking. She did a good job with the seams too, although, the stomach (which is problematic for most ppl) has a tiny tiny seam that is visible, but barely. It's one of those seams you have to zoom in to see and if you are that anal I shake my fist in rage at you. Hybie gives this new skin maker two very enthusiastic thumbs up.
