I love Tabata Jewell

I have a crush on Tabata Jewell of Vanity Hair. I'm so happy I found her store. I say found because I lost it. One day I was exploring and came across this store with wicked awesome hair, I tried on demos, drooled a bit and something happened. I can't remember what, but it involved cleaning out my inventory and deleting demos and landmarks.

Yesterday she sent out a notice about new wicked hair she released and still not realising it was the holy grail I accepted the landmark and went. To my surprise it was the long lost hair store!!!! It was grand and I tried on everything I think. I even shouted my love for her because I have no shame. Here's what I bought:

Rotten Toe makes tutu's for youyou and meme.

New tutus out from Rotten Toe called Scene Skull & Crossbones Tutu and Scene Starlette Tutu each 180L. Both versions come with two different styles like the dark version and the bright version. They also come with a resizer script and color changing script. You can change the color of the ribbon, the underlying mesh, the skulls and stars, and the mesh overlay. There are tons of colors to choose from so you could essentially wear this with any colored top. It's a good deal on a tutu you can get so much use out of. You can also add glow to the skirt for you ravers out there. These are really well made tutus, I should know, I have a lot of tutus. I went through a phase...don't ask. If you head there, make sure you check out the wall of deals. That's not the official name but that is what I am calling it. It's a bunch of really awesome outfits for really cheap. You'll find ballet outfits, lolita dresses, ringmaster pants and much more. The prices on the wall range from 20L to 50L. I think there might be one outfit that is 190L. Below is a couple tops I got from that section. They are called Infected Satin Shirt costing 30L each.

Starlust the bestest sim eva!! Apparently we had x-mas in august and the vendors gave out gifts to one another. Like a potluck without the food. I wanted to blog some of the goodies even though the general public cant get some of the items shown. But, doesn't mean you slackers cant get other goodies from the stores!

The skin is from SINdecade, it's the Fluke line in smokey makeup. I like the eyes they are smexy. This line is not out YET. It will be so look for that.

The outfit is from This is a fawn. It's called the Francophile and I didn't see it out for sale at her store. BUT, I did see other really cute dresses and I suggest you go check them out! Do eet!

The hair is called Hair 016 from Wot? and its a brand new release costing only 100L. The shoes are also from wot? and they are on sale as well for only 80L. Check out the freebies here too they are super cute. Do eet!

Dilly Dolls Makes Hair and Steals My Heart

Dilly Dolls is now making hair! I picked up this lil retro cutie called LooLou yesterday for only 150L. I got the Darks pack which comes with the colors Midnight, Majestic, Charcoal, Onyx and Soil. Also comes with a resizer script.

Yay! New Hair From IrEn!!!!

I love hair. It's one of my favorite things to find in SL besides skins. I especially love finding unique hair styles. I was roaming the grid checking out shops I've never been into before when I stumbled upon ::::IrEn::::. Seemed like a nice store with lots of goodies inside so I had a look and to my surprise they had hair!!! Very nice hair to be exact. Here is the awesome style I got, I think I might be developing a thing for hats. It could just be my longing for fall.

I purchased the new release Paris in Blacks w/ red tips and blonde tips. Shown is the Black Hair Style (no tips) and the variations in the recoloring script you will find.

I just wanted a quick post to share a few new things I've purchased/received.

If you haven't discovered BP* yet, you really must go visit this store. Owned by BettiePage Voyager you will find some of the cutest hair, clothes, skins and furniture SL has to offer. In the picture below I'm wearing one of her older styles called Big Bomb Hair 1. This style only cost 100L. I love this hair, it reminds me of a disco yet you can glam it up or go all retro with it. I took it to the fantastical gothic lolita style and added a cute crown to let everyone know I rule.

New skin maker alert!!! The skin I'm wearing was made by Love Delic of Asylum In Wonderland and it's called Pin Me Up. I don't think she has her skins out for sale yet...but keep an eye out for them...they are really cute!!

First up......Tekeli-Li come on down!

This aquatic wonder is from Tekeli-Li and its called the Nixie. This is a free gift you can pick up at the hair fair. I think this style is very interesting and this is also a store that I've never heard of. I'm holding on to this landmark so I can see all of the other creative styles they may have. From what I can tell from some of the other hair styles, it looks as though their hair is creature/mermaid inspired. Good times!Next we have this cute style from Curious Kitties called Cherry Bob. It has lil cherries hanging on the band. Pick up this freebie at the hair fair too.I immediately said "what the fuck?!" when I put this hair on for the first time. This is a freebie from Tiny Bird and its called the Velma. Reminds me of one of those shaggy dogs that have barrels around their necks or one of those hair dryers you sit under at a hair salon.
Boom! A wetdream for every women who roleplays as a vampire right here! This freebie is from Dead Kitties and its called Dungeon Mistress. See?! Told ya!

Philotic Energy brings us this Hair Fair freebie called Jessica. It's cute and mod which is nice cause I'm down for changing the color of the head band. I think it's pretty obvious I'm flipping tired I'm at a lose for words today but I'll post a few more. If you've never been to Ingenue smack yourself in the head and get your lazy asses their to buy all the awesome hair. It's really cheap. I don't think any of the hairs other than the fatpacks are over 100L. The one above is a Hair Fair freebie (duh) and it's called cerulean. It comes in like 15 different colors but I chose to show the blue because let's be honest, there isn't enough cool blue hair in the world. This hair from Fadeless makes me feel like a gangster and I can't wait to pair it up with a sexy suit where my bewbs hang halfway out. You know what I'm talking about. Anyways, this freebie is called Mia which just happens to be the same name of the shape I'm wearing. Coincidence? I think not!

Martinis In The Morning

The first time I went to Retrology back in the summer of 2008 I thought I had found heaven. I was so happy to see hot rods and vintage stores. I went to that sim many times just to walk around and look at all the pretties. As the year passed I made it there less and less until recently I wondered if the sim was still there. To my surprise, it was. Also to my surprise was the traffic was really low. It made me sad.

It was time for an adventure. I stepped out of my beefed up, manly car and took a moment to look at my surroundings.
Not much had changed since the last time I had been there except a few new stores. Because I hadn't been there in so long, I thought I owed it to the sim to hang out for a bit and see what I could get into.

I read a book outside the local music shop.After reading I walked along and had a bit of ice cream. Mmmm, icecream.

Took a break from exploring to watch the passerby's.

After a long day of shopping, exploring and icecream; it was time to head home. I juiced up my vehicle of pure sex and hit the road totally happy with my blast from the past.
